Completed the clinical psychology internship by providing care to youth and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings within the hospital system. Served as the primary therapist for children admitted to the hospital for acute psychological distress including suicidality, self-harm, and psychosis among other behavioral and emotional problems. Provided evidence-based, trauma-informed treatments for children, adolescents, and their families within the outpatient clinic. Presenting problems included depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior problems, PTSD, and adjustment problems following significant life stressors. Served as a consultant for families and providers within the hospital setting in three separate clinics including the craniofacial, endocrine, and trauma/burn clinics.
